Marimart runs on PHP and MySQL on hosting you control. Each store has its own database, domain, and encryption keys. Customer checkout is guest-first; accounts are optional.

The admin panel is where you manage catalog, orders, pages, appearance, and setup. The storefront is server-rendered HTML with optional Alpine.js for cart and product behaviour. It should remain usable with JavaScript turned off.

Money is shown in INR with Indian grouping (for example ₹12,345.00). Invoices include GST fields when your business details and GST settings are filled in.
