Orders overview

Sales → Orders lists every checkout. The dashboard highlights sales, orders to pack and ship, recent orders, and low stock (for roles with catalog access).

Unpaid checkouts are counted separately from paid orders.

When you mark an order Shipped, enter courier and AWB if you use tracking. If AWB or courier is missing, you can set status back to placed.

Packing slips and invoices are available from the order detail screen.
