Simple and variable products
Section titled “Simple and variable products”- Simple — one price and stock row.
- Variable — option groups (for example Size, Colour). Each combination is a variant with its own SKU, price, stock, and optional MRP.
Blank stock means stock is not tracked. A blank SKU gets a unique value on save.
Optional MRP can sit beside the selling price. When MRP is higher than the price charged, the storefront shows MRP struck through on cards and the buy box.
Product page
Section titled “Product page”Choose a layout under Appearance → Product page (Classic, Photos right, Wide photos, Focused). Themes can override layout templates.
The buy box resolves variants server-side; with JavaScript, price and stock update when options change. A sticky Add to cart bar appears on small screens.
Virtual products
Section titled “Virtual products”Virtual products can deliver a licence or download instead of shipping physical stock.
